Attorney Bea Allaire of Sammamish, WA; ethical troll

The State of Oregon presented Bea Allaire with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Bea guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bea!)
  • Neglected client legal matter
  • Intentionally failed to seek a client’s lawful objectives
  • Failed to account for client funds
  • Intentionally failed to carry out a contract of employment
  • Failed to communicate with her client
  • Failed to complete the legal services she had agreed to perform
  • Failed to respond to repeated client communications
  • At no time during the representation or after the client filed a complaint with the bar did Bea provide her client with the final documents or a statement of her time and services or otherwise account to her client for the funds paid for her legal services

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Bea by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Bea practices her brand of law at 1614 215th Place SE in Sammamish, Washington.
