Attorney Bryon Aven of Titusville, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Bryon R. Aven with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida Bar found Bryon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was involved in an unsuccessful judicial campaign in Marion County.

• Made misleading and damaging statements concerning the incumbent judge
• Expressly and intentionally implied that the incumbent judge favored criminals
• Implied that the incumbent judge disfavored law enforcement, disfavored the state attorney and that he, as a candidate, would do differently

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bryon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Bryon practices his so-called brand of law at the State Attorney’s Office – 18^th District at 400 South Street D in Titusville, Florida.
