Attorney Jonathan Garner of Rockingham, NC; cheating loser

The state of North Carolina presented Jonathan Brent Garner with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Campbell University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to conduct required month and quarterly revies and reconciliations of trust accounts
  • Failed to maintain all trust account records
  • Improperly deposited funds into an account that were not entrusted property
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Committed criminal acts (embezzlement) that reflected adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness to practice
  • Misused entrusted client funds (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Offices of J. Brent Garner PLLC in Rockingham, North Carolina.
