Las Vegas Judge Steven Jones, accomplished misogynist, ethical gremlin

It defies logic that this certified misogynist and ethical leper-con is allowed to sit on the Family Court in Las Vegas.

Judge Steven Jones is a well-respected and accomplished misogynist, batterer, inveterate gambler, drunk, drug abuser, overall scofflaw, and likes to hang out with felons. And these are just a few of Judge Steven Jones’ commendable traits.

In June 2006, Judge Steven “The Pugilist” Jones was arrested for assaulting his live-in boyfriend, I’m sorry I mean girlfriend Amy McNair. And this wasn’t the first time the cops were dispatched to Judge Steven Jones’ home, nor was it the second or third.

Judge Steven Jones paling around with Felons

Tom Cecrle is a convicted felon and Judge Steven Jones’ former brother-in-law. In the past, Mr. Circle was charged with possession of methamphetamine; passing bad checks, and has also been a defendant in numerous lawsuits stemming from unpaid loans and highly questionable business practices. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)

One of Mr. Cecrle’s suspect deals involved him seeking investors in a real estate deal involving billionaire Richard Bronson regarding a piece of property located on the Vegas Strip.

Mr. Cecrle hoodwinked Gene Isaccs and Mike Eckert to become partners. Subsequent, Isaccs and Eckert learned the deal was a scam. Both said they lost substantial sums to Cecrle.

Mr. Isaccs an octogenarian (80-90 years old) claims that Judge Steven Jones was a partner in the sham land deal. Mr. Isaccs was so convinced of Judge Steven Jones’ involvement that he issued him an American Express card as part of a business account. Below are some of the unconscionable charges on the AMEX card that Judge Steven Jones made:
  1. $301.37 for a watch
  2. $227.37 for men’s clothing
  3. $1,150 for Tommy Hilfiger jeans
  4. $127.63 for spring seasonal products at Dillards Dept. Store
The charges by Judge Steven Jones included hundreds of dollars for groceries; hundreds for clothing, and over $4,300 for a vacation in Hawaii, for a total of $9,494.63.

Mr. Isaacs later said “I was gullible, I admit that. But I relied on the credibility and reputation of the judge to make my decision. In retrospect, that was a big mistake.”

Judge Steven Jones denied he was a partner in this sham land deal. If this were true which it clearly isn’t, then how does he explain the following conduct?
  1. Discussed the business deal in his chambers
  2. Personally benefited from the deal
  3. Drew up the legal settlement between Cecrle the felon and Isaccs the octogenarian
It’s pretty obvious that Judge Steven Jones was engaged in the illegal practice of law, which is strictly forbidden for a sitting judge.

And what punishment did the Nevada Judicial Commission mete out to Judge Steven Jones’ for engaging in this egregious misconduct you ask? Nothing! Judge Steven Jones was given the proverbial wink and a nod by the enablers and apologists sitting on this worthless Commission. This just further confirms that Judges are held to a lower standard of conduct that we are.

I would advise any woman who has been the victim of spousal abuse to avoid appearing before this accomplished and celebrated misogynist.
