Attorney Beau White of Marion, IN; slacker, loser

The state of Illinois provided Michael Beau J. White with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law. Beau also received a license to practice in Illinois in 1998.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Beau guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Beau!)
• Failed to provide adequate services in a paternity case and a criminal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Beau by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license effective April 2022.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Beau will resume his so-called brand of law at 141 South Adams Street in Marion Illinois in March 2025.
