Attorney Kenneth Free Jr. of Greensboro, NC; scamming liar

The state of North Carolina presented Kenneth A. Free Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Kenney guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly and willfully disbursed a portion of the By America Escrow Funds to himself
• Failed to properly maintain and disburse entrusted funds
• Committed a criminal act reflecting adversely on his fitness to practice
• Knowingly, willfully, and repeatedly disbursed a portion of the Ghekko First Escrow Funds to himself
• Knowingly and willfully disbursed a portion of the Ghekko First Escrow Funds to other persons and entities that were not entitled to such funds
• Knowingly, willfully, and repeatedly disbursed a portion of the TNG Escrow Funds to himself
• Knowingly and willfully disbursed a portion of the TNG Escrow Funds to other persons and entities that were not entitled to such funds
• Knowingly, willfully, and repeatedly disbursed a portion of the ReadyOne Escrow Funds to himself
• Falsely suggested to ReadyOne that he maintained the full amount of ReadyOne Escrow Funds in a trust account after he had already disbursed a portion of said fund to himself

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Kenney by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Kenney practices his so-called brand of law with Knight & Free PLLC, North Carolina.
