Attorney Frank Chut Jr. of Greensboro, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina presented Frank J. Chut Jr. with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Duke University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Frankie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Falsely asserted to Shannon Drake that she was not the target of an ongoing investigation
• Lied to Shannon Drake that she was merely a fact witness
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Frankie practices his so-called brand of law with the United States Attorney's Office Middle District of North Carolina at 101 South Edgeworth in Greensboro, North Carolina.
