Judge Linda Kirby of Wichita, KS; moronic slacker

The state of Kansas presented Linda D. Kirby with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Linda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)
• Failed to complete judicial duties
• Failed to hear and decide matters that come before her court

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Linda by ordering that she ceases and desists from engaging in any further misconduct.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Judicial Commission didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Linda.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Linda dispenses her so-called brand of jurisprudence as an 18^th Judicial District Court judge in Wichita, Kansas.
