Former Judge Tony Brazier of Cedartown, GA; slacker, loser

The Judicial Disciplinary Commission found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise employees in their management of courts funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Employed unqualified individuals to assist with court-related tasks
• Improperly used notary services
• Improperly issued marriage licenses
• Failed to regularly attend to his judicial duties

As one would suspect, Tony did what any cowardly Judicial Misfit would be expected to do, he voluntarily resigned rather than face being removed from the bench.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), it is rumored that Tony has an application pending for a job as a janitor at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 1585 Rome Highway in Cedartown, Georgia.
