Attorney Timothy Gibson of Denver, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Timothy Scott Gibson with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected a client's case
• Misrepresented the status of a case for four years to cover up his neglect
• Failed to advise a client about the status of a case
• Failed to comply with reasonable client requests for information
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, deceit, fraud, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and was assessed $606.38 in investigative costs.

 As we speak, (ca. October 2022), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law at 1953 South Pontiac Street in Denver, Colorado.
