Attorney Douglas Cushnie of Saipan; cheating loser

The Guam Supreme Court provided Douglas F. Cushnie with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law

The Guam Bar Ethics Committee found Doug guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide his client with a timely accounting of fees to be charged
• Collected an unreasonable fee, money he wasn’t entitled to (cheater)
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Supreme Court of Guam punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Doug practices his so-called brand of law with at 862 South Marine Corps Drive in Tamuning, Guam.
