Attorney Bart Bellaire of Lafayette, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Bart James Bellaire with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Bart guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of her misconduct
• Violated duty he owed to his client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bart!)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving past and future clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Bart by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Bart practices his so-called brand of law at 300 Rue Beauregard in Lafayette, Louisiana.
