Attorney David Hall of Tulsa, OK; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented David Hall with a law license in 2019 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Davey falsely claimed he had reviewed 425 documents and spent 277 hours related to said review
  • Davey’s supervisors determined that had not opened or reviewed approximately 405 of the 425 documents that he claimed to have reviewed, and for which he submitted time records
  • Davey made false billing entries for the purpose of deceiving his supervisors into believing that he had performed work for the firm’s client when he had not
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with GableGotwals at 110 North Elgin Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
