Attorney Timothy Peterson of Tucson, AZ; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Timothy Paul Peterson with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made misrepresentations (lied) to his client and opposing counsel
• Failed to abide by a client’s decision on whether to settle a matter
• Accepted an offer of settlement without first consulting and obtaining authority from his client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Timmy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law at 6790 East Calle La Pas in Tucson, Arizona.
