The state of New York presented Peter Hughes Barry with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

The 3^rd Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Pete!)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Found in contempt of court for violating suspension order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee by gifting Pete with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Pete practices his so-called brand of law in Gansevoort, New York.
