Attorney Naida Axford of Tempe, AZ; cheating slacker

The state of Arizona presented Naida Axford with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.  

The Arizona State Bar found Naida guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to sufficiently explain client matters and allow her clients to make informed decisions regarding the objectives of the representation
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Naida by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Naida practices her so called brand of law at 1087 W. Minton Drive in Tempe, Arizona.
