Attorney Grant Helms of Indianapolis, IN; convicted druggie

The state of Indiana provided Grant Evan Helms with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted for possession of methamphetamine
  • Subsequently, Grant tested positive for methamphetamine in March 2022, a result verified by a confirmatory positive test in May 2022, which violated the terms of his prior probation regarding said conviction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Grant by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Grant fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.helms-legal.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with Helms Legal LLC at 8401 Moller Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.
