Judge James Anderson of Reidsville, GA; criminal

The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct while he was employed as the Chief Magistrate Court Judge of Tattnall County.

• Charged with criminal trespass
• Charged with making terrorist threats
• Violated his oath of office
• Entered upon another’s properly with permission
• Stole peas without the owner’s permission
• Threatened to assault the pea owner when confronted

Rather than await a decision by the Georgia Supreme Court that would have resulted in him being tossed off the bench, Jimmy did what any respectable coward would do, he resigned.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Jimmy cops a plea to shorten the amount of time he’ll be spending at the Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, Georgia.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), it is rumored that Jimmy has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 1624 NC 14 Highway in Reidsville, Georgia.
