Attorney Peter Henninger Jr. of Hershey, PA; dimwitted slacker

The State of Pennsylvania presented Peter Richard Henninger Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed reasonably consult with client about means by which client’s objectives were to be accomplished
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of the matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Made improper deposits into his trust account
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made false statement of fact

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Pete practices his so-called brand of law at 339 West Governor Road in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
