Attorney Gary Luisi of Hermiston, OR; ethical misfit 

The State of Oregon presented Gary R. Luisi with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Gary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with a person represented by counsel
• Violated his duty to avoid improper communications with individuals in the legal system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Gary practices his so-called brand of law at 230 SE 4^th Street in Hermiston, Oregon.
