Attorney Travis Duffer of Springfield, TN; slacker, loser

The state of TennesseeprovidedTravis Randall Duffer with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Travis guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to complete matters for which he was hired
• Lied in responding to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Travis!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Travis by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Travis practices his so-called brand of law at 409 Locus Street in Springfield, Tennessee.
