Attorney Harvey Fallin of Mountain City, TN; ethical misfit

The state of TennesseeprovidedHarvey Randolph Fallin with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Harvey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Harvey by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Harvey practices his so-called brand of law at 303 West Main Street in Mountain City, Tennessee.
