Attorney Lucinda Giorgetti of Lake Oswego, OR; ethical dwarf

The State of Oregon presented Lucinda Giorgetti with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the Northwestern School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Lucy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with a person she knew was represented by counsel
• Caused wife to communicate with husband, a represented party, on subject of the representation while knowing that husband was represented by a lawyer on that subject
• Violated her duty to refrain from improper communication with individuals in the legal system

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Lucy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one woujld suspect Lucy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.giorgettilaw.com. Apparently, Lucy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Lucy practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Lucinda Giorgetti at 4949 Meadows Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
