Attorney William Cantrell of Tampa, FL; scamming loser

The state of Florida provided presented William J. Cantrell with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed two lawsuits against a third party after he became aware that his girlfriend was involved in an affair with said third party
• One of the two lawsuits was filed on Billy’s behalf and the other was filed on behalf of his girlfriend.
• By representing himself and his girlfriend in issues with substantially the same facts and issues, Billy engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in unprofessional behavior towards the third party and his family
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Billy practices his so-called brand of law with Cantrell Astbury Kranz PA at 401 East Jackson Street in Tampa, Florida.
