Attorney Mark Coleman of Wilsonville, OR; slacker, loser

The State of Oregon presented Mark Coleman with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the Northwestern School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client tax returns to bankruptcy trustee as requested
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August2022), Lance practices his so-called brand of law in Wilsonville, Oregon.
