Judge Kimberly Inman of West Monroe, NY; felonious thievery

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Kim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to report to State Comptroller, moneys she received for the West Monroe Town Court in connection with her duties as Town Justice
  • Charged in the Town of West Monroe, Oswego County, with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class E felony

Rather than await a decision by the Judicial Conduct Commission that would have led to her being tossed off the bench, Kim did what any coward would do, she resigned in May 2022.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), it is rumored that Kim has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 3018 East Avenue in Central Square, New York.
