Judge Robert Engle of Madison, NY; ethical gremlin

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to make mandatory reports and
• Failed to make required remittances to the State Comptroller in a timely manner
• Failed to record all proceedings, as required by law
• Failed to administer his court effectively

Rather than await a decision by the Judicial Conduct Commission that would have led to him being tossed off the bench, Bobby did what any coward would do, he resigned in May 2022.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), it is rumored that Bobby has applied for a job as a stockboy at the Sam’s Club Sore located at 257 Grandview Blvd in Madison, New York.
