Attorney Justice Campbell of Charlotte, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina presented Justice H. Campbell with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Justice guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure his associate conformed to the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Justice!)
• Failed to take reasonable remedial action to avoid the consequences of his associate’s failure to communicate with a client
• Denied his client the opportunity to make informed decisions about his case
• Demonstrated a lack of legal knowledge to competently represent the client (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Made false statements to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Justice by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Justice fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.justice.serives.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Justice practices his so-called brand of law with Law Office of Justice H. Campbell PLLC at 7701 Sharon Lakes Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.
