Attorney Joseph Iarussi of Wexford, PA; slacker, loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Joseph B. Iarussi with a law license in 200 4 after he graduated from the Thomas Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Ohio Northern University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Joey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Joey!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party/counsel
• Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Joey practices her so-called brand of law with JBI Inc at 239 Courtney Place in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
