Attorney Jonathan Sablone of North Reading, MA; double billing thief

The state of Massachusetts presented Jonathan Sablone with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law. Johnny also received a license to practice law in New York in 2006

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness to practice law
• Billed both his law firm and sponsor of Continuing Legal Education Seminar $1,952.85 for the purchase of wine for a reception regarding the seminar

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Joaquim by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally charged for grand larceny.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law in North Reading, Massachusetts.
