Attorney Emily Page of Tasmania; slacker, loser

The Law Society of Tasmania provided Emily Kate Page with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Tasmania School of Law.

The Legal Profession Board of Tasmania found Emily guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional misconduct
• Failed to adequately communicate with her client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Profession Board punished Emily by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Emily practices her so-called brand of law at 85 Macquarie Street in Hobart, Tasmania.
