Attorney Susan Fairchild of Detroit, MI; lying loser

The state of Michigan presented Susan E. Fairchild with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Suzie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal (Up yours, said Diane!)
• During a trial, alluded to a matter that the lawyer does not reasonably believe is relevant or that will not be supported by admissible evidence

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Michigan Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $750.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Suzie practices her so-called brand of law with the U.S. Attorney’s Office at 211 West Fort Street in Detroit, Michigan.
