Attorney Aaron Burgin of Woodstock, VA; potty mouth bully

The State of Virginia presented Aaron Michael Burgin with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Regent University School of Law.

FYI: Regent is ranked as the 179^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Seventh District Subcommittee of the Virginia State Bar found Aaron guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly when dealing with opposing party/counsel
• Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
• Engaged in the use of methods of obtaining evidence that violated the legal rights of a person
• Committed a criminal or deliberate wrongful act that reflects adversely on Aaron’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness to practice law

During the cross-examination of Ms. Kellie Woods, a probation officer for the last 20 years, Potty Mouth Aaron wrote the following email to her.

• “Don’t fuck around with me or one of my clients again.”
• “I will always be the best fucking attorney in the courtroom.”
• “Try and pull that kind of shit against and you will be begging to get off the witness stand.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Seventh District Subcommittee punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Aaron fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.aburginlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Aaron practices his so-called brand of law with Aaron M. Burgin Attorney at Law PLLC at 146 West Court Street in Woodstock, Virginia.
