Solicitor Patrick Lott of Australia; serial offender

The Law Society of New South Whales presented Patrick Lott with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Council of the New South Wales Bar Association found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed in his duty to his client
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed in his duty to the trial court
• Made false statements to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia as to when he was briefed to appear for his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the New South Wales Bar Association punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Patty practices his so-called brand of law in New South Wales.
