Solicitor Peter Kintominas of Australia; serial offender

The Law Society of New South Whales presented Peter Kintominas with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Sydney School of Law.

The Council of the New South Wales Bar Association found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: As one would suspect, this wasn’t Pete’s First bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Sent two misleading emails to ethics investigator (Screw you, said Pete!)
• Pete’s behavior points to a lack of integrity and weaknesses of character of a serious kind
• Failed to comply with conditions of his practicing certificate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the New South Wales Bar Association punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $6,000.00 and assessed disciplinary costs of $56,000.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Pete practices his so-called brand of law at 56 Martin Place in Sydney, New South Wales.
