Solicitor David Raphael of Australia; pervert 

The Law Society of New South Whales presented David Raphael with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Council of the New South Wales Bar Association found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Sexually harassed a young female solicitor Ms. X in a conference room in the Supreme Court of New South Wales
• Said to Ms. X: “Won’t your husband get jealous because we are spending so much time together? He will think something is going on.”
• Davey laced his arm on Ms. X’s shoulder for between 10 and 20 seconds and kissed the top of her head
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Engaged in conduct likely to diminish public confidence in the legal profession

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the New South Wales Bar Association punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law in New South Wales.
