Barrister Heather Breeze of Australia; scamming liar

The Law Society of New South Whales presented Heather Margaret Breeze with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from University of Sydney School of Law.

The Council of the New South Wales Bar Association found Heather guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Knowingly made false statements to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in a loan application
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Recklessly made a false or misleading statement in the Loan Application that an amount of $400,000 was a gift, when it was a repayable amount
  • Engaged in misleading conduct by recklessly making a false or misleading statement in the Loan Application that an amount of $122,000 was not a loan when it was

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the New South Wales Bar Association punished Heather by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessing disciplinary costs of $80,000.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Heather and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.8garfieldbarwick.net.au. Apparently, Heather and her firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Heather practices her so-called brand of law in New South Wales.
