Attorney Andrew Russ of Pickerington, OH; pervert

The state of Ohio presented Andrew Edward Russ with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Capital University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Solicited or engaged in sexual activity with a client
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Andy!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Andy was court-appointed to represent a young mother facing the possibility of losing custody of her newborn child
• During the representation of the young mother Andy sent text messages in which he solicited her to engage in a relationship and play a daughter-figure role in a sexual fantasy with him

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
