Judge Vicki D’Angelo of Clarksburg, WV; moronic slacker

The State of West Virginia presented Vicki Y. D’Angelo with a law license in 1971 after she graduated from the West Virginia University School of Law.

The Judicial Investigation Commission found Vicki guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)
  • Failed to perform all judicial duties fairly and impartially
  • Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
  • Created the appearance of impropriety
  • Abused the prestige of his judicial office
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • In failing to grant request for an interpreter, Vicki did not possess expertise to independently determine whether someone needs an interpreter
  • Failed to demonstrate due regard for the rights of parties to be heard (aka, due process)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Investigation Commission punished Vicki by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Vicki continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Harrison County Magistrate Court Judge in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
