Former Judge Xavier Rodriguez of Passaic, NJ; scofflaw, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Xavier C. Rodriguez with a law license after in 1987 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

Xavier also received a law license from Florida in 1995 and Colorado in 1995.

The New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Xavier guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was sitting as the Chief Judge of the Muncipal Court of Passaic City.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Misconduct brough his judicial office into disrepute
  • Improperly engaged in political activity
  • Failed to respect and comply with the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to always act in manner promoting public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary
  • Failed to observe high standards of conduct so that the integrity and independence of the Judiciary may be preserved

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Xavier by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bobjoneslawnj.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Xavier practices his so-called brand of law at 47 Hoover Avenue in Passaic, New Jersey.
