Judge Stephen Egan of Midlothian, TX; lying loser

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• After termination of his court clerk, Melva Jones, Stevie made untrue statements to other court employees about her
• A day later (after Stevie’s untrue statements), an altercation took place between Ms. Jones’ husband, Constable Mike Jones, in their shared office space
• Stevie began secretly recording his movements and then engaged Constable Jones, who was seated at his desk, by repeatedly entering the Constable's personal office and depositing his wife's belongings on the floor
• Stevie falsely testified that he instructed his office staff to call 911 because of the threatening conduct of Constable Jones; however, a recording of the confrontation between Stevie and Jones proved Stevie had perjured himself
• Failed to treat those with whom the judge deals in a professional capacity with patience, dignity, and courtesy
• Engaged in willful and/or persistent conduct that cast public discredit upon the judiciary and/or the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters of Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Krystal by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Stevie practices his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Ellis County Justice of the Peace in Midlothian, Texas.
