The state of New York presented Eliot F. Bloom with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the Touro College School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Eliot guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

  • It should be noted that prior to the two instances of misconduct set forth below, Eliot received one complimentary reprimand and four letters of caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license effective December 18, 2019.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Eliot will resume his so-called practice of law with the Law Office of Eliot F. Bloom at 2182 Pond Road in Ronkonkoma, New York in December 2022.
