Attorney Robert Herrera of Loveland, CO; assaulted his Father

The state of Colorado provided Robert Jason Herrera with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Assaulted and caused bodily injury to his father
  • Bobby’s father had intervened during an altercation between Herrera and his mother
  • Father’s injuries included facial abrasions and a broken rib
  • Bobby pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree
  • Knowingly make a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website atwww.blacksuitlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Brian practices his so-called brand of law with Black Suit Law at 1635 Foxtrail Drive in Loveland, Colorado.
