Attorney Garth Wallbridge of Yellowknife, CAN; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Garth Wallbridge with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Garth guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Acted without integrity
• Took instructions from and/or implemented instructions from one director, Teresa Lebrun, contrary to the instructions of the other director, Dustin Lebrun
• Failed to properly service his client
• Failed to inform the Board of Directors of the company that he could only act with clear instructions from the Board of Directors of the company given the conflicting directions being received from the individual directors

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Garth by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Garth practices his so-called brand of law at 2172 Main Street in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada.
