Attorney Claude Castro of New York City; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Claude Castro with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Claude guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Claude!)
• Misappropriated client funds (thief)
• Failed to maintain special client trust account
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Claude will resume his so-called practice of law with Claude Castro & Associates PLLC at 444 Madison Avenue in New York, New York in October 2022.
