Attorney Kevin Wells of San Diego, CA; convicted drunk

The state of California presented Kevin Anthony Wells with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from California Western University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Involved in an accident that caused bodily injury
• Charged with hit and run

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the North Carolina State Bar failed to mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin. 

As we speak (ca. June2022), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law with Mullen & Filippi at 8880 Rio San Diego Drive in San Diego, California.
