Attorney Dwight White of Chicago, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Dwight A. White with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission Office found Dwight guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Dishonestly converted $13,906.56 in funds belonging to two clients
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Neglected and failed to effectively or timely communicate the status of matters to three clients
• Failed to reduce two contingent fee agreements to writing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dwight by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Dwight practices his so-called brand of law with Dwight A. White PA at 201 West Lake Street in Chicago, Illinois.
