Attorney Richard Alexander of Hoboken, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Richard Evan Alexander with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in pursuing frivolous [BS] litigation
  • Made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
  • Falsified evidence, or counseled a witness to testify falsely
  • Made a false statement of material fact in disciplinary matter (Screw you, said Dick!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Dick practices his so-called brand of law at 303 Monroe Street in Hoboken, New Jersey.
