Attorney John Wesson of Chattanooga, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee provided presented John Scott Wesson with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to appear at scheduled client deposition
• Failed to appear at several court hearings on behalf of his clients
• Found guilty of contempt of court 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 736 Georgia Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
