Attorney Ned Siegfried of Murray, UT; cheating loser

The State of Utah presented Ned P. Siegfried with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Ned guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved selfish motive
• Refused to acknowledge misconduct
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Failed rectify the consequences of the misconduct involved
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to outline the settlement in writing in a manner understandable to the client
• Failed to promptly deliver and distribute undisputed funds to the client prior to beginning settlement negotiations on the fee dispute
• Demanded and accepted fees which were unreasonable under a fee waiver (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Ned by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Brad fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bradandersonlegal.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Ned practices his so-called brand of law with Siegfried & Jensen at 5664 South Green Street in Murray, Utah.
